MZJ Publish is a web-based publishing platform for authorized users to connect social media accounts they manage and publish approved marketing content.

Information We Collect

When a user connects a social media account, MZJ Publish may receive basic account information, account identifiers, permissions granted by the user, access tokens, publishing status, and information needed to provide the publishing workflow.

TikTok Data Usage

MZJ Publish uses TikTok Login to authenticate authorized users and connect TikTok accounts they manage. The Content Posting API is used to publish approved marketing content selected by the user.

TikTok data is used only to authenticate the connected account, display connection status, prepare approved publishing jobs, publish approved content, and maintain publishing logs or status records.

Access Tokens

Access tokens are used only to perform actions authorized by the user. Tokens must be stored securely and are not intended to be exposed in frontend code.

Sharing and Retention

We do not sell personal data. We do not share user data with third parties except where necessary to operate the service or comply with legal obligations. Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit records, or comply with legal requirements.

User Rights and Deletion

Users may request data deletion or account disconnection by contacting the support email listed on this page. Users can also revoke platform permissions from their connected social media account settings.
